Our Story
In 2020, nestled on the serene San Cristobal island in the Panamanian Caribbean, Chris Newberry contemplated a modest resort project on their 28-acre parcel of land. However, a transformative journey began in February 2021 with his attendance at a Dr. Joe event in Cancun, Mexico.
As Chris embarked on his own journey of deep connection and transformation, the island responded, guiding him on a journey on this sacred peninsula where the seeds of our community started to unfold. Adjacent properties became available, ultimately forming a sprawling 405-acre peninsula of unparalleled natural beauty – a divine creation boasting lush rainforests, serene lakes, pristine reefs, and secluded beaches. Inspired by the shared experiences of Dr. Joe's community, the concept of TAI NUARE – the conscious island community – was born, envisioned as a spiritual destination where kindred souls could gather, immerse themselves in transformative work, and thrive together.
Our Story
Chris fell in love with Bocas del Toro during a vacation a couple of decades ago. He built his dream house, nestled at the end of a serene Isla San Cristobal peninsula in the Panamanian Caribbean and began living there in 2020. At that time he contemplated a modest resort project, comprising a few bungalows, on the 28 acre parcel of land. However, shortly after... everything changed!
A transformative journey began in February 2021 when Chris attended his first Dr. Joe Dispenza event. His experience, as many others would be able to testify, was completely life changing. He began opening up to the infinite possibilities, while friends he met at events suggested creating a community like no other, where people committed to the work of personal growth and evolution, inspired by the likes of Dr Joe, could live for extended periods of time, immersed in the energy of their like-minded brothers and sisters. After he returned home his belief in those infinite possibilities grew stronger and synchronistically, properties all around began being offered directly to him for sale one by one. Like domino's, 16 independent properties, which happened to become adjacent parcels of land were acquired to merge into an incredibly lush 405 acre unspoiled virgin island paradise. This truly one-of-a-kind havenwith reef systems, beaches, lakes, cliffs, giant tree rainforest, marina site. is nothing short of a divine creation.
